Gim Constructions crews worked on projects in my home a couple of times. First at the end of August 2018, when my water heater broke and had to be replaced.... read more I hied them to replace damaged laminate floors on the main level, and remove and replace carpet in both bedrooms and the hallway upstairs as well as on the staircase. They scheduled the work for that same weekend, brought luxury vinyl flooring from their supplier, removed the carpet and laminate and installed new flooring. Not only that, they also replaced and painted baseboards and installed beautiful flooring on my staircase. They worked four days in a row and did an outstanding job. I was and still am am very happy with the work they did on my floors. Then in June 2022 I hired Gim Constructions to update one of the bathrooms upstairs. They replaced a bathtub, vanity and put a fresh coat of paint - all of it in just 2 days. Once again, they showed up when we agreed they would and high quality work on my bathroom. I can’t be happier with the work they do and always recommend them to my friends.

He found some water damage in a bathroom and on the siding and was able to fix all plumbing and structural issues. He replaced an old leaking water heater and installed a whole house water filtration system I purchased. Basically I feel like I have a brand new home that I love. His prices were were reasonable. I had a neighbor get some work done at the same time at a cheaper price and it ended up taking twice as long as ours and they had many communication issues with the company. Once the renovation began his team showed up on time every day. All areas were protected with stick down plastic, heavy duty paper to keep our existing area flooring protected. They kept everything so clean while they were working.The job was completed in two weeks , even with unexpected extra work. They also replaced the lights, installed new fixtures. My living room and hallway looks amazing !!!! This year we decided to replace the siding. There was some rot damage, but they replaced it with new materials. House looks like it’s brand new.
