Ilya Gadayev has done two major projects for us. He completely remodeled our master bathroom with new walls, floors, lighting, cabinets, fixtures, tile, etc. He later redid the outside of our house including painting, miscellaneous carpentry, new gutters, and a new roof. In describing working with Ilya, the first word that come to mind is “professional.”

GIM CONSTRUCTION LLC, under the very capable guidance of Ilya Gadayev, built our new home in 2017. We asked him to build it upon the pre-existing foundation and that created several challenges which Ilya capably surmounted. From the architect he recommended to all who worked on the home—all were master craftsmen and couldn’t have done a finer job. His eye for detail and his extensive knowledge of what would work best in any given situation helped create a home for us that far exceeded our expectations.
We hired GIM Construction team to remodel our basement right after we had flood in the house. It was the original basement in the house built in 1990. GIM team came up with the design that met our needs and our budget. They completely changed the layout of the basement to make it stylish and more functional. They are very professional and responsible. Everything was delivered as planned in a timely manner. The construction site was handled neatly and well-organized. All necessary items were selected and supplied according to our wishes. The whole project was held smoothly and without any delays. They highly exceeded our expectations in quality and design. This is our dream basement. We will definitely continue doing more projects with GIM.

It’s my absolute pleasure to recommend Ilya Gadayev with GIM. GIM completed on-time a full Lobby renovation at Eclipse Condominium located in Buckhead in November 2017 and they did an excellent job.
